TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY

  1. Registered and paid Participants under the Super Early Bird (“SEB“) category is neither transferable nor refundable; No refund of fees will be issued to any Participant whom eventually fails to take part in APRRC 2020 for any reason whatsoever and is strictly not allowed to transfer his or her slot to another party.
  2. Registered and paid Participants under the Early Bird (“EB“) category may request to transfer their secured slot to another party (“Replacement Participant”), provided a written request is received by the APRRC 2020 Committee via the info@aprrc2020.com email 3 months before the event date (i.e. on/before 3rd June 2020). A top-up fee to NP (USD330) would be required upon transfer. The eligibility of the Replacement Participant is subject to the requirements as per EB Registration section above. EB payments are non-refundable.
  3. Registered and paid Participants under the Normal Price (“NP”), Rotarian Price (“RP”) and Guests category are allowed to transfer their secured slot to another party (“Replacement Participant”), provided a written request is received by the APRRC 2020 Committee via the info@aprrc2020.com email 3 months before the event date (i.e. on/before 3rd June 2020). The eligibility of the Replacement Participant is subject to the age requirement as per respective NP, RP and Guests Registration sections above. A refund may be requested should the Participant be unable to attend the APRRC 2020 for any reason whatsoever, provided a written request is received by the APRRC 2020 Committee via the info@aprrc2020.com email 5 months before the event date (ie. on/before 3rd April 2020). No refund request will be accepted after the said date.
